How do I disable/delete my account?

To have your Safe Roads Challenge account disabled:

In the Safe Roads Challenge app

1. Open the Safe Roads Challenge app and navigate to your Account Details page by clicking the settings icon in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Next, click “Edit Account” (top right corner of the screen) and scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Click “Disable Account” at the bottom of the screen. You will then see a pop-up asking you to confirm if you’d like to disable your account – click “Yes” if you’d like to proceed.

To have your Safe Roads Challenge account deleted:

1. Open the Safe Roads Challenge app and navigate to your Account Details page by clicking the settings icon in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Next, click “Edit Account” (top right corner of the screen) and scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Click “Delete Account” at the bottom of the screen. You will then see a pop-up asking you to confirm if you’d like to delete your account – click “Yes” if you’d like to proceed.
