All of your new trips will display at the top of your Trips tab in the app. It is important that you assign your trip(s) correctly as this cannot be reversed once your selection has been done.
Driver Trips
If you were a driver for all of them, tap the green "Claim Trips" button.
Trips that you claim as Driver will earn the status of Driver Verified.
These Driver Verified Trips are eligible for rewards and will be used to calculate your daily average score.
Passenger Trips
If you were a passenger for all of them, tap the white "All Passenger" button.
To remove the trips you were not the driver for, click on the "x" beside the trip and then claim the remaining trips by tapping the green "Claim Trips" button.
Trips that you claim as Passenger are only eligible for contest entries into the weekly Eco Contest.
Auto Claimed Trips
Make sure to claim your Driver trips by 8:00pm the following day.
Any unclaimed trips after the 8:00pm deadline will be auto claimed as Driver and will only count towards your daily average score but will be ineligible for rewards.
