Disabling Your Account
Disabling your account will pause all app services, this will stop any trips from recording and any access to in-app rewards. Reactivate your account anytime by submitting a support ticket.
How to Disable
- Navigate to your Account Details page by clicking the settings icon in the top right corner of your screen.
- Go to the “Edit Account” (top right corner of the screen) and scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Choose “Disable Account” at the bottom of the screen.
- A pop-up box will appear asking you to confirm if you’d like to disable your account.
- Click “Yes” if you’d like to proceed.
Deleting Your Account
Deleting your account permanently removes your data, trip history, and rewards.
NOTE: This will be final and we won't be able to recover any information from your account after it has been deleted.
How to Delete
- Navigate to your Account Details page by clicking the settings icon in the top right corner of your screen.
- Go to the “Edit Account” (top right corner of the screen) and scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Choose "Delete Account” at the bottom of the screen.
- A pop-up box will appear asking you to confirm if you’d like to delete your account.
- Click “Yes” if you’d like to proceed.
